AMAZING REALTOR! At our convenience, Kathy came to our home and did a very complete walk-through including the outside property and structural appearance.Then we talked about home sales in our city. Kathy, with paperwork in hand, reviewed all of the comparable homes in our area with us including their living space, location in our town, time on market and pricing. Then she presented us with two selling models for our home. The first was based on selling our home in the condition she previewed and the expected time-on-market in that situation. The second sales price and time-on-market model was based on the home presentation should we perform updates to our home that Kathy suggested (she also told us what not to update as certain things would not increase the sales value of the home or the appeal to the market). She handily explained what each update would bring to the home in terms of value and presentation. There was no pressure to choose either option. We felt she gave us two very honest assessments and left the decision completely in our hands. We opted to make the suggested updates. Kathy was easily able to connect us with professionals to handle any job we needed at very fair pricing. The work was done quickly and our home looked incredible.
