I was selling my house due to relocation across the country. From my very first conversation with Kathy, I found her to be flexible and honest. In our first meeting (this is prior to selecting her as my Realtor), she explained all the fees right up front so there were no surprises and then went into the details of the current market. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and preparations for selling my house. She was very thorough during the process and stayed in constant contact. This was extremely helpful to me as I was working from the west coast a good portion of my time selling.
